• Exhibitors must comply with all venue regulations and safety requirements

3. Code of Conduct

All participants (visitors, exhibitors, and staff) are expected to:

• Comply with all venue rules and regulations
• Respect the property and intellectual rights of others
• Not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

4. Intellectual Property

5. Photography and Videography

• Refuse admission or remove any participant who violates these terms
• Make changes to the event program and exhibitor list

In case of event cancellation, refund policies will be communicated separately to exhibitors.
